I hope you had an amazing week. Remember this week, YOGA is free. We are honoring the concept of Self-Care. Our Yoga teachers are on break!

We hope you are healthy and well. As we take the precautions we all need to keep one and other safe, during COVID times, my wishes are for you that you are healthy. I hope that through Yoga, Self-Care, Mindfulness and Meditation, you find peace addressing the issues our society is facing today. May you find harmony in our meetings, and most important find it a sacred place where you can take care of you!

In our session ,we agreed that the following classes will be offered during the month of January. You will get week by week links so please SAVE this.

What do you need? Chair and comfortable clothes. In Minnesota it is to be -30.

Gentle Yoga, Breathing and Meditation ( * a very slow, relaxing session)

What do you need? Lotion, Candles, Comfortable clothes, yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, and a chair if you like to put your legs up.
