What a great start to Fabulous February, YOGIS!



Thank you, Laura for starting the first day of February with empowering Sun Sal and Gentle Yoga.


If you haven't signed up for this month's membership, there is still time. You can sign up at any time. We are giving a few days as I know for some it is new. Feel free to email me directly at deafnorth@gmail.com and I can assist you. Starting February 4th, 2022 you will notice unlimited members will only get the daily messages.


If you are registered for one class a week, you will get your message that week.

We have Core Yoga Flow ( my FAV. Class). Yes, it can be a challenge but you can adapt to fit YOU!

#25 push up challenge starts at around 6:45 a.m. We did 25 yesterday and will do 25 today. Why are we doing this? https://www.cancer.org/healthy/eat-healthy-get-active/get-active.html Cancer Awareness. I remember my best friend and childhood friend who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. It turned my world upside down, and I was not the one who was sick. The strength she needed to endure that, to go to chemo, to think if she will make it, to deal with the illness, to lose her hair. CANCER SUCKS. Her message was this, PLEASE when it is time for your routine check up, GO! Her other message was, there is no right/wrong way to be there for someone who has CANCER. Just be there. Sometimes in silence. Sometimes to let them talk. Sometimes in tears. Sometimes in anger. When in doubt you feel something is OFF, like there is a lump, you notice something about your health, or something that has changed, GET IT CHECKED OUT. IMAGE OF MY CHILDHOOD FRIEND, KRISSY.
