You can also do family yoga which provides the same benefit but for you and your family.
is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga is more vigorous than many traditional forms of yoga. In Hatha Yoga we practice syncing our movements with our breath. In the practice of Acro yoga, the aim is the same BUT you add element of partnership.
