Hello, my Lovely yogis, Let's end the month with a bang!! As we are going into February, I'm excited about our Monday class at 7 am. This new year got you in knots? Take a moment for yourself to unwind with one or of these mini introductions of each session that fit your body's needs. Each session will be about 15 min & we will start with: LOWER BACK RELIEF Nurture your lower back in this quick class that will leave you feeling centered. BEAT THE BLOATA quick fix Asana detox for everybody. UPLEVEL YOUR SLEEP
Feel relaxed and at peace with this gentle session. HEALTHY YOU IN '22!!! Take a closer look at the Healthy Living Program to start the year right by giving your body a clean and fresh start.

What is Chair Yoga 1 class?
This simple and basic Deaf North Chair Yoga 1 curriculum is designed for ANYONE.
Have a long day? Sit in your chair all day? Need to unwind? Want to stretch? Want to start your morning right? Join us for this basic class.
In this class we move through all of our body parts, connect with our breath, center our minds and take our time as we give attention to every movement. At the end of this class, we will be doing a basic Laughing Yoga practice that lasts about 4 minutes.
We have been doing this class for almost two years now! It is a great class for anyone to just MOVE their bodies. Winter in Minnesota can be tough, we hibernate. Yoga online makes it possible to move the body for as little as 15 minutes to as much as one hour! Let's do this together!
